Ingredients:


- 4 Hard-boiled eggs
- 50 gr Tuna
- 50 gr Capers
- Parsley finely chopped
- Extra-virgin olive oil



Preparation:
1) Shell the hard-boiled eggs and cut them in half (lengthwise).

2) Remove the yolks and mix them with the other ingredients in a bowl.

3) Filled with eggs with the mix and place them in the fridge for about an hour.
