1983:     Graduated in Law at the Catholic University of Louvain-La-Neuve, Belgium.
1992:     Degree in Philosophy, Law and Japanology at the Ludwigs-Maximilian University in Munich, Germany..
1993:     Farm Management and founding of 'del Ponte srl' in Pieve a Nievole, Italy.
1994:     First sales in Japan Restaurant Antonio's in Tokyo.
1996:     First sales at La Grande Epicérie de Paris, at the Bon Marché in Paris, France.
First sales at Ishimori K.K. in Ueda, Japan.
1999:     Master of Business Administration at Solvay Business School, Brussels, Belgium.
2006:     (ongoing) Export consulting for local industries.
2007:     Creation of the 7 spices seasoning "del Ponte Shichimi" with Shichimi Togarashi from Yawataya Isogoro, in collaboration with Ishimori K.K.
2009:     First sales of the del Ponte products at the Shinjuku Isetan, Tokyo, Japan.
2010:     Exhibitor FOODEX 2010 in Tokyo. First sales of the del Ponte products at Mitsukoshi Ginza, Tokyo,Japan.
2011:     Exhibitor at the Fair GOURMET, FOOD & WINE 2011 in Paris, France.
Development of a line of homemade preserves for Delicatessen shops.
